Mike Frederickson Custom Two-Shelf Rack
Ideal for Large Turntables

Photograph 1 of 3
A substantial custom audio rack from boutique builder Mike Frederickson, offering the broad proportions and purposeful construction that make his stands so appealing to serious analog enthusiasts. With two generously sized shelves and a clean black appearance, this rack is an excellent choice for a large turntable and its associated equipment.
Overall dimensions are 30 inches wide, 22 inches deep and 27 inches high. The two-shelf layout provides a spacious upper platform for a turntable, with a second shelf below for supporting electronics. Its open design allows convenient access to components and cabling while keeping the system neatly organized. Frederickson’s custom welded-steel racks earned praise for their solidity. Describing his own Fredericksen rack on What’s Best Forum, owner Ron Resnick wrote, “This monster is the only rack I have ever found which does not sway.” His comment concerns his particular rack, but speaks to the craftsmanship that made this boutique builder’s work memorable.
For a substantial analog front end, this is a handsome, straightforward foundation with the generous scale that smaller equipment stands often lack. Rack only; electronics and other items shown in the photograph are not included.
Specifications • Overall dimensions: 30″ W × 22″ D × 27″ H • Two generously sized shelves • Black appearance • Ideal for large turntables; confirm your equipment’s footprint against the usable shelf area • Rack only
