Welcome to GTT. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at gttaudio.com (the “Site”) and any products, services, or content we make available through it. By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
GTT is a distributor and boutique dealer of ultra high-performance audio and video equipment. Throughout these Terms, “GTT,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to GTT, and “you” and “your” refer to the person accessing the Site or purchasing our products.
1. Copyright
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, photographs, audio and video clips, product descriptions, and software — is the property of GTT or its content and product suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on the Site is the exclusive property of GTT. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or otherwise use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
2. Trademarks
The GTT name and logo, and the marks and product names of the brands we represent, are trademarks of GTT or of the respective manufacturers and licensors who have authorized their use. Certain features of the Site may require you to create an account. We make every effort to present our products and their specifications accurately. However, product availability, features, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are valid within the United States only. Because monitor and device settings vary, the colors and finishes shown on your screen may not exactly match the actual product. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted an order.
5. Orders, Sales, and Demonstrations
Given the specialized, high-value nature of the equipment we carry, many purchases involve consultation, demonstration, or arrangements made directly with our team. All orders are subject to acceptance by GTT, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a pricing or product error has occurred. Any sales, return, warranty, and shipping arrangements specific to your purchase are governed by the applicable Sales Policy and the terms provided to you at the time of sale.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except for any manufacturer warranties that accompany the products we sell, the Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
