Engineering Philosophy

Master Fidelity’s work begins with the premise that digital accuracy depends on more than recovering the correct data. Timing, clock behavior, power-supply stability, signal transmission, and the relationship among source, converter, and control components all influence the integrity of the result.

The NADAC D digital-to-analog converter uses a proprietary native true one-bit architecture rather than relying on a conventional off-the-shelf converter chip. Its design combines specialized conversion, clock recovery, isolation, USB implementation, and power management as parts of one system.

NADAC C establishes a high-precision master-clock reference intended to reduce jitter, phase noise, wander, and drift across compatible digital components. NADAC S extends the same philosophy to the music server, allowing source, clock, and converter to operate within a coordinated time domain. NADAC L applies the platform’s ground-up approach to line-level control and system integration.

The products are distinct, but their purpose is cumulative: to control the digital chain from source generation through conversion and analog delivery rather than addressing each stage in isolation.
