Begin with the complete signal path

A DAC cannot restore information or musical relationships that were compromised upstream. Nor can a server or network component rescue a conversion stage that does not belong in the system. GTT evaluates the entire path—from stored or streamed data through network, server, interface, clocking, conversion, analog output, preamplification, and grounding—because the listening result belongs to the chain as a whole.

Conversion architecture matters

Different conversion strategies solve timing, noise, filtering, current-to-voltage conversion, and analog output in fundamentally different ways. The meaningful question is not which technical phrase sounds most advanced.
